If the maintenance service needed is considered an 'Emergency,' please report the problem(s) immediately.

Please call 731.609.3248 and inform our staff of the Emergency service request. If our staff is unavailable to take your call, please leave us a voicemail with your name, address, phone number, and information about your service request, and your call will be returned.

The following items are considered 'Emergencies':

Broken Water Line
Electrical Sparks
Exposed Wires
Fire
Flooding
Gas leak (please dial 911 first)
Leaking Hot Water Heater
Lockouts (charges may apply)
No Air Conditioning
No Heat
Non-working Toilet or Clogged Sewer
