Eligibility
Bolivar Housing Authority is responsible for ensuring that every individual and family admitted to the program meets all program eligibility requirements.
Bolivar Housing Authority determines your Applicant eligibility based on:
- Annual gross income
- Whether you qualify as elderly, a person with a disability, or as a family; and
- U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status
If you are eligible, the Bolivar Housing Authority will check your references to make sure you and your family will be good tenants. Bolivar Housing Authority will only provide admission to any applicant with good tenant history to maintain a peaceful and quiet experience for other residents.
